Olive Tree Well Being – Cancellation & Booking Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. To ensure fairness to both clients and therapists, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

48+ hours’ notice – No charge; we’ll happily reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Less than 48 hours’ notice – A cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost will apply.

No-show (failure to attend without notice) – The full treatment fee will be charged.
This policy is in place because last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill, leading to lost time for therapists and missed opportunities for other clients.
Late Arrivals
Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delays for the next client, but the full treatment fee will still apply.
Deposits
For certain treatments or new clients, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. This will be non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or if you do not attend.
